As of December 7, 2025, John O. Bolen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sciath Security, bringing decades of distinguished leadership across federal service, the military, and the private security sector. Bolen also served six years as Senior Director and Vice President at Constellis.
Prior to his private-sector experience, he enjoyed a nearly 23- year career with the U.S. Marshals Service, retiring as Assistant Director and a member of the Senior Executive Service. Bolen earned national recognition for his expertise in protective intelligence, threat management, and both physical and technical security. Bolen also served as Federal Senior Intelligence Coordinator, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Internal Affairs.
Bolen’s service extends to the U.S. Navy/Navy Reserve, retiring as a Commander after 28 years, including six years of active duty with Naval Special Warfare Development Group. Bolen continues his commitment to public service through nonprofit leadership, including the U.S. Marshals Survivors Benefit Fund, the Federal Protective Service Association, and Grey Bull Rescue Foundation.
As CEO of Sciath Security, Bolen aims to build on the company’s strong foundation, strengthen operations, and continue its mission of delivering trusted, high-quality protection solutions to clients and communities.
